• Covering letter address to Consulate General of France, Mumbai,( mention with Passport courier address)
• Applicant Contact No & E mail I D ( Mandatory.)
• Return Ticket,
• Exchange/ Credit card copy,
• Proof of Hotel confirmation from France,
• Original Insurance,
• Personal Copy of Income Tax Papers,
• Leave letter from Company if working,
• Salary slips last 3 months if working 
• Personal Last 06 Months Bank Statement. (Till Date updated Must)
• For student school/ college Id card copy or Bonafide cert
• If minor traveling with single parent or alone then Notarized NOC letter on Rs. 100 stamp paper signed by both parents is required.
