    Name and designation of the person should be mentioned in the covering letter who is signing the Covering letter with the round stamp and seal.
    Invitation letter from Switzerland is required.
    Companie's updated bank statement of last three months with bank seal.
    Companie's I T Papers of last three years
    Medical Insurance Policy
    Ticket Copy

Original Leave Sanction Letter from company mentioning passenger’s name, Designation, signed  by authorized signatory (Name & designation to be mentioned) with company round stamp.
